Raised over $1000 through planning and organizing different fundraisers with multiple organizations. Kickstarted the fraternity’s annual fundraising talent show, seeing annual fundraising totals double, and planned and organized semesterly recruitment events, managing over 250 potential applicants.

Created an end-to-end R&D process map by communicating with stakeholders across the organization. Mapped applications to each step in the product development process to track application usage data and streamlined the application portfolio by identifying and eliminating redundant applications.

Organized content on SharePoint to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination across teams. Tracked and analyzed hiring and budget data to enhance resource allocation and cost management, and facilitated invoice submission and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Contemporized the Operations Management team’s internal web presence by localizing SharePoint. Liaised with multiple stakeholders to understand all the specifications they had for the SharePoint, and assisted in the implementation of the Digital 5S Program, improving the site’s digital organization.

Ensured third-party manufacturers produced adhesive products correctly by auditing the batch sheets. Introduced to SAP and used the software to verify products were made using accurate measurements, and constructed batch sheets to be sent to over 10 companies by compiling data from formula sheets.

Mentored over 50 freshmen starting high school during a pandemic through a Zoom environment. Answered questions and delivered presentations regarding mental health, alcohol, and relationships, and spent time outside of class assisting freshman with certain personal conflicts and issues.

Assisted and encouraged over 75 children to read and gave out prizes for their accomplishments. Charted reading related data into Excel sheets to model trends in children’s reading habits, and read non-fiction books to over 25 elementary school students for at least 2 hours every week.
