At Cullen Construction, I manage RFP/RFQ processes from scope development and vendor selection through proposals and PO issuance. I've prepared client proposals valued at $350K+ and $415K+ and onboard 3+ vendors quarterly.

Previously at Ray Schiedt's Electric, I owned procurement and project controls for a $5M+ hospital retrofit completed on schedule and 15% under budget. I tracked 1,500+ lighting fixtures and specialty materials while supporting $15M+ in programs for clients including O'Connor Hospital, IBM, NVIDIA, NTT Global, and Western Digital.

My experience also includes high-volume purchasing at TrimTech and international sourcing at WESPAC. I use systems including Buildertrend, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD to maintain accurate records, coordinate stakeholders, and keep delivery priorities on track.
