What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support procurement and projects end-to-end—using SAP and data migration to improve supplier accuracy, streamline workflows, and deliver reliable reporting while partnering closely with stakeholders.

I’m a procurement and project support professional who partners with stakeholders to keep supplier and purchasing data accurate, systems running smoothly, and requests moving on time. I’m hands-on with end-to-end invoice and procurement workflow, from encoding and approvals to reporting and follow-up.

In my most recent role, I led a special project focused on cleaning and consolidating supplier records across SA P, COUPA, and S4 HANA ERP systems. I also handled payment processing for invoices using diverse ERP systems, provided SAP-COUPA super user support, and managed high-volume inquiries (100+ daily) while generating monthly or as-needed reports.

Previously, I supported supplier data management and cleanup in SAP-MM/COUPA, including maintaining vendor master data, eliminating duplicate entries, and creating purchase orders and goods receipts/service entry sheets. I’ve worked as a liaison by responding to SAP COUPA FAQs and supporting system troubleshooting, process development, planning, and reporting.

Earlier experience includes supplier data cleansing and purchasing operations in Oracle ERP, plus technical support and team lead work for POS compliance and transaction issue resolution. I bring strong customer-vendor rapport, active listening, conflict resolution, and attention to detail—especially when driving data integrity, confidentiality, and reliable procurement outcomes.
