At F&C Consultores Integrales S.A.C., I developed and maintained RPA automations connecting SAP S/4HANA, web portals, and Excel files. One workflow registered sales orders from a supermarket B2B portal and sent email notifications when processing succeeded or failed.
I integrated SAP's Sales Order API with SAP Build Process Automation, including authentication and sales order item creation. I also defined an intermediate JSON file approach to let order downloading and SAP entry run independently.
In my SAP S/4HANA consulting work, I supported configuration and processes across FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP. I analyzed technical-functional incidents, validated configurations, and coordinated with key users and SAP Support.
I also participated in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing and user support. My earlier experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial operations gives me an end-to-end view of business processes.
