I'm looking for a role where I can improve healthcare staffing, scheduling, reporting, and operational processes while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.

I've managed provider scheduling and coverage across 19 healthcare facilities at Novus Anesthesia Partners, supporting 400+ providers through Equina setup, onboarding, training, reporting, payroll audits, and real-time coverage adjustments.

At Hospital Corporation of America, I created labor allocation plans, validated staff competencies and licensure, conducted compliance audits, and partnered with leadership to improve staffing operations across facilities.

I've also built and supported database solutions, dashboards, documentation, and data-quality processes at JPI and Kforce using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, QlikView, SharePoint, Epic, and Facility Scheduler.
