At Symphony Solutions, I’m a Client Partner working across AI and HealthTech, with delivery-manager duties retained on live engagements. I own three client accounts at a 1.2m EUR annualised run rate and currently line-manage 23 people.
I owned delivery end to end for a retrieval-augmented AI assistant for a Dutch home self-testing platform with a telehealth component. The 13-person team’s product has been live in production for nine months.
I also led commercial and delivery progression for a machine-learning proof of concept for a European consumer wine-tech platform. The two-tower recommendation model progressed from PoC to a signed outcome-based maintenance contract, with a stage-two proposal drafted.
Before Symphony Solutions, I worked in Resource Development at EPAM Systems, progressing from RD Project Coordinator to Global RD Project Manager. Earlier, I founded and ran MultiverseUA, an English-language school, owning its pricing, cost base, hiring and cash.
