I’m looking for a customer-focused team where I can use my 10 years of customer service and management experience to solve problems quickly, handle transactions accurately, support coworkers, and keep customers fully taken care of.

I’m a customer service professional with 10 years of experience across retail and front-desk environments. I’ve built a reputation for being reliable, responsible, and consistently on time, handling everything from cash transactions and returns to customer questions and complaints.

Most notably, I served as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart, managing the cash office, service desk, registers, and self checkouts, while scheduling breaks and lunches and helping de-escalate difficult situations.
