What I'm looking for
I'm a Business Analyst and Onboarding Specialist with 8+ years of experience turning operational data into decisions that actually move the needle — mostly within complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments where the stakes (and the stakeholders) are high. My skills in data analysis help shape the onboarding documents and training programs I create, allowing change to be driven by the data on where bottlenecks are, and key performance indicators show a need for support in training.
Over the past several years at Kaiser Permanente, I've used tools like Power BI and Tableau to surface trends in scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and facilities data, and translated those insights into process improvements that leadership could act on.
