Message

At the World Bank and European Union, I reviewed complex legal, regulatory, and institutional information, identifying gaps and inconsistencies. I also mapped administrative procedures and applied defined methodologies to support analysis and optimization.

With IFC, the World Bank Group, the European Union, and the Council of Europe, I collected and validated qualitative and quantitative data and prepared structured analytical and evaluation reports. My work includes developing monitoring and evaluation methodologies, indicator frameworks, and data-collection tools for international projects.
