What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer success, order fulfillment, and process-improvement work where I can strengthen controls, resolve complex operational issues, develop teams, and deliver measurable revenue impact.

At Ball Corporation, I own complex Dunnage operations end-to-end, building SOPs, control frameworks, and reporting that connects operational activity to GL and revenue accounts. I led an award-winning company-wide initiative that recovered approximately $1.2M in revenue and established lasting leakage-prevention controls.

I lead onboarding, training, shift coverage, and knowledge transfer while supporting global accounts including PepsiCo and Coca-Cola across order fulfillment, billing, credit holds, and escalations. My background also includes high-volume technical customer support and customer service using Salesforce, Zendesk, Oracle, Jira, and ERP systems.
