I also supported day-to-day operations with tools like Google Sheets, created and translated educational/presentation materials between Serbian and English, and performed routine technical troubleshooting on display systems.

Most recently, in a Retail Systems & Operations Specialist contract, I managed product onboarding and system administration, ran data validation and quality assurance across product records, and analyzed sales performance to produce statistical reports. I’m passionate about AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement—and I want to help organizations adopt technology to increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
