What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply fraud prevention, customer service, accounting or operations experience in a detail-focused environment that values accuracy, confidentiality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

I'm currently investigating suspected fraudulent transactions at PC Financial, analysing accounts, transaction histories and risk indicators while protecting customer privacy. I use Salesforce, TS2, TSYS, TransUnion and Interac OAS to document cases, identify unauthorised activity and guide customers through account-security next steps.

Previously, I maintained accounting records, invoices and delivery processes at PowerMan UPS, sold UPS and solar systems, and supported visa application operations at VFS Global. I bring experience in fraud prevention, customer service, accounting, sales and high-volume operational environments where accuracy, confidentiality and clear communication matter.
