I’m a process governance and IT service management professional with experience coordinating 100–150 major incidents annually and managing PMO governance across portfolios of up to 50 concurrent projects.

At Atos Poland Global Services, I bring structure, accountability, and clear communication to business-critical incidents. I align technical and business stakeholders, establish ownership, track actions and decisions, and strengthen post-incident governance. I also develop reusable review templates, standardise checklists and ways of working, and improve audit readiness, documentation quality, and handovers to Problem Management.

Previously, I managed recurring governance and senior management reporting, developed Work Breakdown Structures and reporting controls, and created a Microsoft Planner-based tracker that improved role visibility, onboarding, action tracking, and operational continuity across PMO teams.

I also held decision-making responsibility in a global printer optimisation initiative for an international client, translating operational data, business requirements, and stakeholder input into standardised optimisation actions across multiple locations.

I’m particularly effective at turning complex, cross-functional workflows into practical and repeatable systems. My strengths include process governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting controls, documentation quality, IT service management, and continuous improvement across global delivery environments.
