I am a registered physician with a diverse clinical background across multiple medical and surgical specialties. My journey began in hands-on clinical practice, but I transitioned into the remote staffing industry, where I started as a Medical Accounts Supervisor. Over time, I have progressed into leadership roles, currently serving as both Client Success Manager and Business Development Director at a Chicago-based remote staffing company.

In my current roles, I have been instrumental in driving strategic growth, expanding client relationships, and optimizing operations. One of my key achievements includes co-building a second specialized medical staffing company under my current organization, successfully leading its registration across multiple international jurisdictions, including Pakistan. I have also spearheaded the development and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation systems, ensuring these innovations align with client needs and internal operational goals.
