What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time or project-based opportunities where I can scale operations, standardize processes, improve turnaround times, and use data, automation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver better customer and business outcomes.

At Parnav Online Solutions, I run operations across 10+ financial and travel services, including AEPS, MATM, Aadhaar Pay, and IRCTC, supporting a platform processing approximately ₹600 Cr in monthly transactions. I’ve built SOP frameworks across seven departments, led 100+ daily bank-level merchant onboardings, and reduced unblocking turnaround time from seven days to two.

I also manage PAN-India MATM/MPOS activations, biometric device distribution, compliance reporting, MIS, and coordination across banking, sales, relationship, technology, and operations teams. Earlier, I resolved 100+ daily customer queries, improved customer satisfaction by about 25%, and built feedback and training systems that reduced complaint resolution time and improved team ramp-up.
