I am a passionate instructional designer with over ten years of experience in developing and delivering high-impact interactive learning programs. My expertise lies in applying adult learning theories and visual design principles to create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and video tutorials. I have a proven track record of enhancing sales performance through effective training solutions tailored for diverse audiences.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze market needs and design scalable training frameworks that drive sales readiness.
