I’m a System Engineer with 1+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud-based services. I bring hands-on Windows Server administration with strong fundamentals in networking, virtualization, and endpoint management tools.

I manage Active Directory environments end-to-end—user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs)—and I perform FSMO role transfer and maintenance across domain controllers. I also configure Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and system configurations, administer DNS and DHCP (including scope creation and troubleshooting), and support VPN connectivity for remote users.

I focus on reliable operations and compliance: I handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensure SLA targets (95%+ resolution compliance), and perform patch management using BigFix. I also support Microsoft 365 services and mobile device management with Intune (MDM/MAM), while contributing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and change management for critical incidents.
