What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve Windows, cloud, network, endpoint, and security operations through automation, proactive support, reliable documentation, and strong collaboration.

I'm currently a Systems Engineer at Xemplar Infosoft Insights, where I automate repetitive work with PowerShell, resolve network and server issues, and support global users with connectivity, VPN, and access needs.

Previously at Ascendion Engineering, I managed and optimized an MDM program, processed mobile-device changes for 300 employees within 24 hours, supported VDI users, and migrated third-party applications to SSO.

As a freelance Senior System Administrator, I maintained Active Directory, Office 365, user accounts, documentation, and backup procedures while reducing downtime through proactive monitoring and responsive support.

I've also managed Exchange Server 2016 for 500+ users, contributed to vulnerability management and incident-response procedures at Hitachi Consulting, and supervised teams of up to 10 staff members.
