What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in US retirement or financial operations where I can manage accurate end-to-end transactions, reconciliations, documentation, and customer or internal queries while meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

I've supported US retirement and 401(k) operations across Accenture Solutions, Wipro HR Services, and HCL Technologies, handling customer transactions, plan administration, and financial processing.

At Accenture Solutions, I manage 401(k) plan accounting, asset and fund transfers, retirement-plan loans, contributions, and monthly and quarterly accounts payable and receivable reconciliations. I also audit retirement-plan transactions and supporting documentation.

Previously at Wipro HR Services, I processed retirement and savings-plan transactions end to end, including death-related retirement tasks, notification acknowledgements, and claims and proceeds associated with asset transfers.

I use Microsoft Excel for production and daily-volume reporting and focus on accurate records, quality, productivity, issue resolution, and turnaround-time requirements. I bring clear communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and customer-focused support to retirement operations.
