What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior infrastructure, engineering, capital projects, or asset management leadership where I can deliver resilient public infrastructure, strengthen governance and procurement, and guide long-term investment planning.

I lead the Judiciary of Jamaica's engineering, infrastructure, and property portfolio, supporting 65 operational courthouses nationwide. I direct capital programme planning, procurement, implementation, and governance while advising executive leadership on investment priorities, engineering risk, and long-term asset management.

At the Court Administration Division of Jamaica, I've provided executive oversight for a 12,000 sq. ft. headquarters redevelopment, Supreme Court ICT infrastructure modernization, national court security upgrades, and court facility renewal programmes. I also developed the Court Infrastructure Maintenance Plan, establishing an enterprise framework for preventive maintenance, lifecycle management, climate resilience, and strategic investment prioritization.

My career began in electrical systems, construction, and renewable energy, including utility-scale Solar PV projects for the Judiciary, Total Energies, JDF Up-Park Camp, and Grace Manufacturing. I bring full-lifecycle experience across design, installation, compliance, operational performance, and public infrastructure governance.
