What I'm looking for
I lead the Judiciary of Jamaica's engineering, infrastructure, and property portfolio, supporting 65 operational courthouses nationwide. At the Court Administration Division of Jamaica, I've provided executive oversight for a 12,000 sq. ft. headquarters redevelopment, Supreme Court ICT infrastructure modernization, national court security upgrades, and court facility renewal programmes. I also developed the Court Infrastructure Maintenance Plan, establishing an enterprise framework for preventive maintenance, lifecycle management, climate resilience, and strategic investment prioritization.
My career began in electrical systems, construction, and renewable energy, including utility-scale Solar PV projects for the Judiciary, Total Energies, JDF Up-Park Camp, and Grace Manufacturing.
