What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead learning and development programs grounded in coaching and wellbeing—building certifications, structured webinar/podcast experiences, and curriculum that supports real human growth through thoughtful strategy and communication.

I’m a program and learning experience professional with a background in coaching, resilience, and human development. I build and manage programs that help people grow, from ICF-accredited coach certifications to global webinar series and podcast productions.

In my current role, I led the launch of the Resilience Coach Certification, translating subject-matter expertise into a structured program for a global community of coaches. I’ve contributed to an ICF CCE-approved and SHRM-approved certification program supporting the training of 80+ resilience coaches, and I guided the design and launch of the Resilience Trainer Certification.

I also built and manage the Resilience Webinar Series, turning ad-hoc sessions into a structured monthly program that engages HR leaders and coaches globally. In parallel, I manage the Resilience Podcast—identifying relevant guests and coordinating episode production.

Earlier, I worked as a Marketing & Growth Specialist, creating content, campaigns, and digital assets to expand reach and support program launches. I’ve also partnered directly with an executive leadership coach as a Strategic Thinking Partner, and I previously led marketing, events, and partnerships as Head of Marketing & Events for a multidisciplinary venue.
