What I'm looking for

I work as an independent contractor through my own business, remotely or on site, and am open to travel, including the US.

At InspirED, my own practice, I provide ongoing executive coaching for the Director of Mentor Poland and two of his managers. I’ve delivered 200+ hours of one-to-one CliftonStrengths coaching for leaders and managers.

I’ve designed and facilitated 120+ hours of group workshops on leadership, team building and conflict resolution, including leadership trainings for Mentor Poland and training days for Ferring. I build each programme around client needs, from analysis and design through delivery and evaluation.

As Director of Studies & Teacher Trainer at Pygmalion, I recruited, onboarded, mentored and evaluated teachers, and ran school operations. I also guided teaching and administrative staff through changes to new methods and technology, including AI.

My work also includes leading B2B sales at Pygmalion and delivering language and intercultural training to adult learners and corporate clients. I coach and train in English, German and Polish, and work remotely or on site.
