At Aon, I own and co-create flagship leadership programmes for mid-level managers and top-tier leaders, including Aspire and Pinnacle. I've deployed six global Aspire cohorts and partnered with London Business School on Pinnacle.

I design blended leadership journeys that combine facilitated learning, experiential development, executive coaching, simulations, digital learning and reinforcement. I also deliver Leadership Circle coaching debriefs that turn assessment insights into focused development actions.

Previously, I designed and managed global learning programmes supporting more than 60,000 employees and governed a Workday Learning library of 5,000+ assets. I've built strategic partnerships with Harvard Business Publishing, LinkedIn Learning, getAbstract, OpenSesame and Accenture, while introducing tools including Easygenerator and Synthesia.

Across Aon, Zurich Insurance and Accenture Consulting, I've led learning, talent and transformation work across global organisations. I'm passionate about capability-based learning, AI-enabled performance support and embedding skill development into everyday work.
