I am a results-driven technical specialist and project manager with strong roots in technical support, cloud services, and Agile delivery.

I have led global virtualization implementations and created a standardized framework of tools, processes, and technology to support enterprise Citrix environments and platform engineering efforts.

I manage end-to-end projects from planning to deployment, build Progressive Web Applications, integrate APIs (Twilio, Mailchimp, SendGrid, WebRTC) and optimize cloud services (AWS, MongoDB, SQL, Cloudflare) while using Git/GitHub, Jira and ClickUp for version and task management.
