What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers through accurate billing and case management, coordinate issue resolution across teams, and continuously improve processes. I thrive in fast-paced environments with clear procedures and accountability.

I’m a customer support and healthcare & billing agent who helps customers with healthcare services and billing inquiries through phone support and internal systems. I process requests, update account information, and monitor ongoing cases while maintaining organized records and following response timelines.

In my role supporting billing services, I review account details to resolve billing inconsistencies, log interactions in internal systems, and follow escalation procedures for complex issues. I’m comfortable handling high-demand workflows while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Before that, I led daily operations as a Bakery Manager, coordinating staff, managing inventory and sales records, and ensuring service delivery. Across every environment—on-site or remote—I bring proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a focus on operational efficiency and continuous service improvement.
