What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support GoHighLevel onboarding and live client accounts, solve automation and technical issues, maintain clear processes, and contribute reliable client-facing support.

I've supported live GoHighLevel sub-accounts at Highspring x Vaco, resolving client tickets across workflows, triggers, tags, conversations, calendars, and account setup.

I onboard new clients through snapshot deployment, account verification, basic workflow configuration, and A2P 10DLC registration. I also audit workflows, pipelines, and automations to catch reliability issues before they affect clients.

I've configured Twilio provisioning, number porting, IVR, call routing, voicemail drops, domains, DNS, email authentication, and social integrations. I also build memberships, courses, client portals, funnels, landing pages, and forms in GoHighLevel.

My approach is organized and checklist-driven, with clear written communication and dependable daily availability. I maintain SOPs, support documentation, and client training materials in Notion while keeping onboarding and support work moving.
