I'm a Creative Director and Design Strategist with 8+ years of experience in the intersection of research, design and strategy. I’ve lead multidisciplinary teams across product design, brand strategy, and innovation. My work bridges UX, storytelling, brand identity, and systems thinking—helping organizations translate complexity into clear, impactful experiences.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with global teams and clients across sectors including healthcare, education, fintech, climate, and many more. At Doblin by Deloitte, I led research-driven design strategies for enterprise clients like ExxonMobil, American Electric Power, Barclays Bank & Hawaiian Airlines. As Design Director at Constructive, I guided fully remote teams in delivering digital ecosystems and brand platforms for mission-driven organizations, work that earned recognition from the Webby, Indigo, and Anthem Awards.

Today, I run my own firm and collaborate with startups, nonprofits, and creative studios on projects that center people, purpose, and innovation. I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences, whether it’s a product that empowers users, a brand that tells a better story, or a system that helps people make more intentional choices.
