Karina González
@karinagonzlez
I improve global Source-to-Pay operations through automation, insights, compliance, and team leadership.
What I'm looking for
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I bridge Procurement and Program Compliance requirements with IT solutions, supporting SAP migrations and consulting needs. I automated the Section 232 tariff classification process with Alteryx, reducing processing time from one week to one hour.
Previously, I delivered more than 10 report automations and process-improvement initiatives across Global Procurement, Source-to-Pay, and Program Compliance. I provide supplier and program performance insights, KPI and SLA governance, and DMAIC-based executive reporting that support evaluation, risk assessment, and decision-making.
I also supported Source-to-Pay operations across North America and helped stabilize the Coupa rollout through adoption, user enablement, and performance monitoring. My automation work on Punch-Out catalogs and E-Invoicing reduced manual workload by approximately 50% and improved cycle times.
At Zoetis, I led a team of 10 Procure-to-Pay associates, managed service migration from Brazil and India to Costa Rica, and owned SLA governance, auditing, and data-quality remediation. I enjoy developing people, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving practical continuous improvement across global operations.
