At Montana's Department of Administration IT Division, I design end-to-end eLearning, V-ILT, and blended learning for enterprise technology implementations, compliance requirements, and organizational change across 18 executive agencies and 20+ IT teams.

I've developed more than 81 online courses and performance-support resources, turning complex technical processes into scenario-based learning, simulations, videos, job aids, FAQs, and user guides. I partner with SMEs, product owners, project managers, and business leaders to define learner needs, measurable outcomes, and practical instructional strategies.

I also deliver statewide accessibility training for Siteimprove adoption, helping web developers apply WCAG and Section 508 standards and remediate accessibility issues. My work includes ServiceNow training, SCORM content deployment across LMS platforms, and recommendations that expanded statewide Pluralsight access from 57 to 770 IT users.

Across Montana State University, the Montana Department of Labor & Industry, Rural Dynamics, and Opportunities, Inc., I've built learning programs, statewide training strategies, and regulated program operations.
