I’m an Operations & Engineering Support Specialist who builds and maintains Smartsheet dashboards, PO trackers, proposal trackers, and burn-rate reports to improve project visibility and forecasting. I analyze monthly invoices, accruals, funding data, and project spend to spot variances, trends, and billing gaps across 50+ active projects.

I support procurement workflows by coordinating supplier intake, vendor qualification documentation, and purchase order tracking, including NetSuite-related requests for operations teams. I partner with Operations, Engineering, Billing, IT, Procurement, and Site Leads to ensure data accuracy and timely executive-ready reporting.

Alongside my operations work, I served as Chief of Staff/Program Manager for Coding in Color, managing data collection and attendance reporting for workshops and camps serving 400+ students annually. I also led a Six Sigma–aligned capstone focused on event scheduling, data collection audits, workflow standardization, and intake efficiency.
