What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve operational systems, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for programs and teams. I value roles where I can reduce friction, strengthen processes, and support consistent execution.

I've coordinated operations and programs at Public Welfare Foundation, building standardized Asana workflows, operational playbooks, reusable templates, tracking systems, and recurring reports that improve visibility and consistency.

Previously, I supported Operations at Voting Rights Lab and Data & Program Evaluation at Leadership for Educational Equity, coordinating onboarding, organizational priorities, program data, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.

I bring earlier client operations and management experience from Star Group and high-volume kitchen environments. I'm also completing an A.S. in Computer Information Systems, with coursework in Python, SQL, relational databases, and software development.
