Nagarjun Chevula
@nagarjunchevula
I've modernized enterprise systems through Java, cloud, microservices, and architecture leadership for public and financial institutions.
What I'm looking for
I've led enterprise modernization across the New Jersey Judiciary for nearly two decades, shaping architecture for more than 80 applications supporting statewide court operations. I drove eCourts eFiling, enterprise single sign-on, secure data exchange, automated civil docketing, and legacy CICS/DB2 modernization.
At Wells Fargo, I revamped the PRIME trading framework with a modern microservices architecture using gRPC, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub, Maven/Gradle, IntelliJ, and Jira/Confluence. At California DMV, I re-architected mainframe systems and exposed core capabilities through JEE interfaces using WebSphere MQ.
My work spans major organizations including CMS, American Express, Merrill Lynch, UPS, Dow Jones, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tata Consultancy Services. I've delivered enterprise platforms across financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, logistics, and online trading.
I'm focused on Java, distributed systems, cloud adoption, integration, security, and technical leadership. I build architecture standards, guide development teams, and move complex legacy platforms toward reliable modern solutions.
