I am a Pega Architect with over 18.5 years of IT experience and around 17.5 years of expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). I deliver end-to-end solutions—architecture, project management, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, pre-sales, and reengineering—across multiple Pega versions (PRPC 8.7/8.5/8.4/7.1/6.1/5.5/5.4/5.1/4.2).
I lead teams of architects, developers, and business analysts across onshore and offshore delivery, handling task scheduling, work management, and staffing. I bring deep expertise in Pega upgrade projects (web/app server and database upgrades), creating/hosting Pega services and integrating with EAI environments (SOAP & JMS), and fine-tuning process flows/bo lenecks with PRPC-PAL performance testing plus Tracer-based debugging of flows, activities, services, and declarative rules.
