I designed standardised onboarding and offboarding workflows with repeatable templates, and I build weekly HR dashboards and hiring trackers in advanced Excel.
Earlier, I supported recruitment and talent operations at Prime Hire Inc and YoursThatSenior, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and HR documentation. Outside HR, I independently designed and manage a self-built web platform using Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel, reflecting my curiosity about technology and systems.
