I'm looking to lead product innovation and customer experience work that improves growth, operational efficiency, and merchant or customer outcomes across commerce and fintech.

I've led product experiences at Twiga Foods and Pesapal, improving B2B commerce, embedded credit, mobile payments, merchant tools, lending, and POS ecosystems across East Africa.

At Twiga Foods, I improved credit and repayment experiences, contributing to a 35% increase in financed orders. I also streamlined ordering and checkout to reduce cart abandonment by 20%, and led initiatives that increased average order value by 18%.

At Pesapal, I supported the growth of Pesapal Mobile to 200,000+ installs and reduced merchant onboarding time by 25%. I improved transaction visibility and support processes, reducing customer support queries by 18%, while coordinating roadmap delivery with teams and partners including Visa.
