What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinical role where I can support smooth patient flow, provide accurate specimen collection and vital measurements, and own documentation, scheduling, and infection control—while working with a team that values consistency and communication.

I’m a certified Medical Assistant and National Certified Phlebotomist with hands-on experience supporting both back-office clinical flow and donor/patient specimen collection. I focus on strong patient care, effective communication, and accuracy—whether I’m obtaining vitals, preparing procedure trays, cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms, or performing venipuncture and capillary blood draws.

At CSL Plasma, I grew from machine support technician to Phlebotomist, then led the donor floor team during shifts to keep work moving smoothly. I also bring dependable documentation and coordination skills from medical office work—answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and completing charting and medical documentation—plus inventory management and infection control aligned with OSHA and HIPAA.
