What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an L1 technical support, helpdesk, or application support role where I can troubleshoot user issues, coordinate with engineering teams, grow my technical skills, and work in rotational shifts. I'm open to relocating to Noida or Bengaluru.

At InsuranceDekho, I'm the L1 first point of contact for sales-team issues on the insurance application and payment platform. I log, categorise, and prioritise 20+ daily tickets covering login errors, application forms, document uploads, and payments.

I reproduce issues, check error messages and logs, resolve issues at L1 where possible, and escalate clear technical details to engineering when needed. I stay with each ticket through closure, keep users updated on timelines, and write simple guides for recurring issues.

Previously, I built a web application with React.js and Node.js during my Full Stack Development internship at the Academy of Skill Development, where I earned an A++ grade.

I'm a Computer Science and Information Technology graduate who communicates fluently in English and Hindi, supports non-technical users clearly, and is comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts.
