At The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I coordinated administrative and logistical processes for an organization of approximately 180 missionaries. I managed immigration procedures and prepared documentation packages for residence renewals and replacement documents.
I led and supported a group of 20+ missionaries through district leaders. I also monitored high-priority cases and coordinated solutions to operational and interpersonal issues.
Before my mission, I worked as a Sales & Customer Service Representative for Grupo EDE | Movistar | Unefon/AT&T, managing daily customer contacts through digital prospecting and following up with prospective clients. I'm studying Business Management at BYU-Idaho (BYU-Pathway), with expected graduation in 2029.
