What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into Sales Development or high-ticket closing, where I can use consultative communication, objection handling, relationship building, coachability, and a results-driven mindset to help customers and grow the business.

I've built more than 10 years of customer service, sales, and team leadership experience across Lebanon and Colombia, focused on earning trust, understanding needs, and resolving objections.

As a Sales Representative at a local car dealership in Beirut, I guided customers through their needs and goals while supporting the dealership's reputation and sales objectives.

At Mozaik, I progressed from waiter to Head Manager, leading front-of-house operations, training staff, coordinating with kitchen teams, handling cash transactions, and resolving guest issues. I also managed floor operations and cashier responsibilities at Santa Maria Italian Resto-Cafe in Bogotá.

I'm now looking to bring my consultative communication, relationship-building, upselling, negotiation, and multilingual customer experience to Sales Development or high-ticket closing.
