I am a passionate BCA graduate currently pursuing my Master’s in Information Technology at Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in programming, database management, and system analysis. I have hands-on experience in software development and web development, particularly with Python, SQL, and R. I am eager to leverage my skills to create innovative solutions in a dynamic IT environment.

During my part-time role as a BPO Associate at Sun Business Solutions, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. I effectively managed desk operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. My projects, including a Student Management System and a personal portfolio website, demonstrate my ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world challenges, streamlining processes and improving data management.
