What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruitment-focused role where I can manage high-volume hiring, support candidates through the full lifecycle, and coordinate stakeholders, interviews, offers and onboarding.

I've managed high-volume recruitment across FAS Caledonia and Barrhead Travel, supporting candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offers, contracts and onboarding.

At FAS Caledonia, I handled field sales recruitment, making around 60 outreach attempts daily and managing 100–200 candidate conversations each week. I sourced, screened and shortlisted applicants while tracking interviews, follow-ups, rescheduling and recruitment reporting.

At Barrhead Travel, I managed an average of 10 concurrent vacancies and supported a multi-site expansion programme for approximately 45–60 hires across 5–10 new branches. I also coordinate complex project logistics for Edward O'Keefe, managing schedules, travel, locations, equipment and suppliers across concurrent editorial and commercial projects.
