I’m a Data & AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms, master data management, data quality processes, and automation systems within the banking sector. I combine software engineering, data engineering, and AI technologies to build scalable, practical solutions that solve real business problems.

At ABSA Bank, I designed and maintained enterprise data ingestion pipelines processing millions of customer records in a master data management environment. I built automation solutions using Java and Python, and I developed an AI-powered operational support platform that consolidates ingestion status, source health, incident procedures, and Ataccama processing information into a centralized knowledge repository. I also delivered a production-grade enterprise RAG platform for Ataccama project documentation using local LLM infrastructure, vector databases, and semantic search—implemented with Angular, Java Spring Boot, Ollama-hosted LLMs, and deployed on Windows Server in a secure enterprise environment.

Previously, as a Software Engineer (Java Developer) at EOH Holdings, I designed and implemented data automation systems to improve efficiency in large-scale client data handling workflows. I continue exploring hands-on AI systems through projects like a privacy-first Local AI Assistant (RAG with local LLMs via Ollama and Qdrant), as well as streaming and real-time dashboards that strengthen my data engineering fundamentals.
