What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end AI automation—building reliable RAG and workflow systems in production, partnering with stakeholders, and scaling well-documented pipelines for real operational impact (remote-friendly).

I’m a Data Systems Engineer and Stellenbosch University graduate (cum laude) specializing in AI-powered automation and end-to-end workflow engineering. I design, build, and ship production systems using AI techniques like n8n, Claude Code, Supabase, and Python, taking full ownership from friction spotting to scalable delivery.

At Xanita, I designed and deployed a full RAG pipeline with n8n orchestration, Supabase (pgvector) for semantic vector storage, and Claude as the reasoning engine. I also built an AI vision tagging pipeline (GPT-4o) for similarity-based product image search with a FastAPI backend and React frontend, and replaced informal job tracking with an n8n-driven operations platform that eliminated manual coordination overhead across teams.

I further delivered ETL pipelines to migrate legacy data into centralized databases and automated ingestion of structured and unstructured production data to improve data quality and consistency across thousands of historical records. I document builds and system architecture for long-term scalability, and I’m comfortable working directly with stakeholders while recommending better approaches when I see them.
