What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a community-focused role where I can coordinate programmes, support equitable access and inclusion, engage stakeholders, and contribute to sustainable education and social development initiatives.

I've led community development initiatives with Lead For Ghana, addressing educational challenges, supporting student well-being, and raising resources for school infrastructure and learning materials.

As Regional Representative for Ahafo Region, I connected Fellows with Lead For Ghana leadership, facilitated professional development workshops, and collaborated with parents, local leaders, and education authorities to drive sustainable educational change.

At Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology's College of Science Counselling Office, I conducted over 200 assessments and interviews, supported intervention plans including the Student Help Desk and Career Counselling, and helped increase resolved cases and student visits to the counselling unit.
