What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work with an institution that combines innovation, research, and information technology in a diverse environment, where I can apply my social work and program experience to contribute meaningfully to institutional goals and objectives.

I am a practicing social worker with a Bachelors and an MPhil in Social Work, with a clear commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of others. Through my years of practice, I’ve strengthened both my personal and technical skills to deliver support that is structured, measurable, and impactful.

In my current role as Programs Manager at PlusOne Charities, I’m responsible for the effective running of the office and the efficient execution of the organization’s programs. I lead program development and project implementation, engage stakeholders, conduct field visits, and produce strong report writing—always focused on timely delivery and accountability.

Previously, as a Transitions Core Trainer at CAMFED Ghana, I trained SHS graduates from partner schools and coordinated district-level activities to support programme delivery. I also trained over 150 election officials as a Technician and Key Trainer for the Electoral Commission (Biometric Verification Device), and I’ve built a consistent track record of training, facilitation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting results.
