What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a team-oriented, performance-driven role where I can apply customer service, sales, leadership, and organizational skills while continuing to grow in sports management or operations.

I've led daily salon operations at Palm Beach Tan, coaching associates, managing schedules, and driving revenue through memberships, retail sales, and promotions.

My experience balances customer service, sales, POS transactions, safety standards, and team leadership. As an NCAA Division II softball student-athlete at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, I built discipline, accountability, and resilience while managing 20+ weekly hours of training, travel, and competition alongside coursework.

I'm currently completing a Master of Education in Sports Management and bring a practical, team-oriented approach to performance-driven work.
