What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinic where I can support veterinarians with procedures and patient monitoring, keep accurate records, and deliver compassionate client education—while continuing to learn best practices and grow within a caring, high-standard team.

I’m an experienced veterinary assistant and animal care specialist with 9 years of hands-on work with wildlife and small animals. I’m supported by veterinary assistant and receptionist experience in a clinical setting, and I focus on high standards of care and customer service.

In my current and recent roles, I assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries, including spay/neuter, dental, and soft tissue procedures. I monitor anesthesia, vital signs, and post-operative recovery, maintain accurate surgical and medical records, and educate clients on pre- and post-operative care, medication administration, and discharge instructions.

I also bring strong preparation, sanitation, and daily care skills from kennel and clinical support work—feeding, exercise, bathing, cage sanitation, laundry, and monitoring for signs of illness.
