What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on veterinary or animal-care role where I can provide compassionate patient care, expand clinical skills (blood draws, anesthesia monitoring), work on a collaborative team, and contribute reliability and attention to detail.

I am a veterinary assistant and pet care specialist with hands-on experience in clinic and kennel settings, supporting veterinarians and caring for patients at intake, during treatment, and at discharge.

I have assisted in surgery with anesthesia monitoring, drawn blood from cephalic and jugular sites, ran fecals and bloodwork, placed catheters, and helped with euthanasias and medication administration.

In kennel roles I manage feeding, cleaning, walks, playtime, and one-on-one care, and as an exam room assistant I take histories, restrain fractious patients, give vaccines, and educate clients.

I bring strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork from diverse roles—including food service, retail, and warehouse work—and I am eager to continue expanding my clinical skills in a supportive veterinary or animal-care team.
