What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Operations student currently pursuing a certification in IT Operations and Leadership Fundamentals. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers through technical help at a growing pace, alongside strong real-world service experience.
In my current role as a Customer Service Agent at TBI Airport Management, I assist passengers through security checkpoints, boarding, and airport navigation. I collaborate with airline staff, TSA, security teams, and medical personnel, while identifying and reporting accessibility and safety concerns according to policies and protocols.
Previously, I worked as a Parking Courtesy Officer and Customer Service Representative at All N1 Security Services. I conducted routine patrols, monitored for theft or unsafe conditions, handled high-volume customer inquiries, controlled traffic flow around security checkpoints, and reported safety hazards and operational concerns.
Earlier, I served as a Server at Hojeij Branded Foods, where I delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Across roles, I’m driven by empathy, reliability, problem-solving, and clear communication—so people feel supported and issues get resolved quickly.
