I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in aviation and customer service. With experience in various roles, including baggage handling, security coordination, and deice coordination, I possess a unique understanding of the importance of safety and efficiency in fast-paced environments. My excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure have allowed me to provide exceptional service to passengers and clients alike.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to new situations and take on additional responsibilities. As a Ground Security Coordinator, I conducted threat and vulnerability assessments, and as a Deice Coordinator, I led training for the deice season. My experience in the aviation industry has given me a strong foundation in safety protocols and procedures.

In addition to my aviation experience, I have also worked in customer-facing roles, including as a hostess and business office assistant. These roles have taught me the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all details are handled properly. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new role and continue to grow as a professional.
